Stan Straube, President, the founder of Straube Associates has more than twenty years of business experience, with areas of concentration in operations, sales and human resources. His background spans an entire spectrum of personnel and labor relations, with a special focus on Executive Recruiting. Stan began his career as an Operations Manager for Sears, but an affinity for marketing management motivated him to take a position with Honeywell as a Sales Manager. Wanting more hands -on involvement in human resources, he moved to ITT and began a long career culminating with Global Executive Staffing responsibilities for the Sheraton Corporation.

John Kellogg joined the Straube Team in 2006 as VP, Executive Strategy, bringing a wealth of consulting experience in executive coaching and  executive transitions. 
Prior to forming Kellogg Partners in 2005, he was a Managing Consultant at DBM, working with the company’s senior-level executive clients.
Before joining DBM, John had over twenty years experience in both consumer and B2B marketing, which included work in advertising, promotion and brand management.  Most recently he served as VP of Marketing for the Northeast Division of Deans Foods, where he oversaw all consumer and trade marketing activities.
John earned his B.A. from Ohio Wesleyan University and his MBA from Babson College.

Bill Marlow, VP, Technology, an associate since 1989, has over twenty years of engineering experience at various management levels in the bio-medical field, ranging from Director, R&D + Engineering to Manufacturing/Automation Engineering Manager to Product Development Manager. Bill is now living in San Francisco and is heading up the new and revitalized west coast office. He has a Master’s degree in Biomedical and Mechanical Engineering respectively, as well as an MBA and P.E
Laurie Levy, Director of Research, has been a member of the Straube Team since 2005. She has more than 18 years in the legal field, combined with 10 years of journalism. She is also an assistant editor of a medical device publication. In addition to managing the research functions at Straube, Laurie is responsible for marketing and information systems. She is a graduate of UMass-Amherst and majored in English.
Mary Frongillo, Director, Marketing, joined Straube Associates in early 2001. Mary's background includes experience in marketing, sales and administration. She has worked for over 15 years in diverse industries which span professional services, architecture and manufacturing.
Kathy Kelley, Vice President of Business Development, has been with Straube Associates since 1987. She has assisted in administration, finance and marketing. She has a background in sales, sales support, and sales management.
Mary Beth Nason, Senior Staffing Consultant, recently joined the Straube team and will focus her efforts on sourcing and screening qualified candidates. Mary Beth is a graduate of Purdue University and has over twenty years experience recruiting technical and administrative talent in a variety of technical industries, including companies like TASC and Analog Devices.
Paul Miller, Senior Staffing Consultant, has over 20 experience in Agency, Corporate, and Retained Search recruiting with a focus on professional, executive level and high technology areas. His career includes successful search and recruitment in Operations, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Marketing/Sales, Legal, Engineering, Information Technology and IT Consulting. Paul had previously worked at Straube Associates for 3 years as a Manager of Recruiting and Research. We are pleased that he has recently returned to the firm after working for 5 years as a corporate recruiter. Paul received his B.S. degree from Boston College.
